中央组织部关于为受所谓全国第一张大字报诬陷的同志平反的通知

“文化大革命”一开始，林彪、江青、康生、陈伯达一伙，出于篡党夺权的需要，抛出聂元梓等人的所谓“第一张大字报”，并组织人炮制《人民日报》评论员文章，诬陷北京大学党委和陆平、宋硕、彭佩云同志，这是一起冤案。中共北京市委一九七九年二月和三月已为北京大学党委和陆平、宋硕、彭佩云同志作出了彻底平反的决定。按照中央的规定，现将中共北京市委这一决定转发给你们，并请转发到县团级党委，以消除不良影响。
