时间：一九六七年八月二十九日十九时三十分。

内容：

一、大力宣传毛主席的批示，大力宣传毛主席“拥军爱民”的号召和中央文革八月二十六日的四点指示，做好政治思想工作。

二、驻军部队由原来的一个营增加到××个连，尽最大努力劝阻。坚决保卫武器。

三、如果劝阻无效，立即抓起头头来。
