中共中央关于加强对援外出国人员的审查和政治思想工作的通知（概要）

1970年2月10日，周恩来主持中共中央政治局有关会议，讨论通过中共中央《关于加强对援外出国人员的审查和政治思想工作的通知》稿。次日，在与康生联名报毛泽东、林彪的信中提出：我国援外出国人员在国外的表现，一般说来是好的，尤其是与西方等国的专家比较，更显得我方出国人员是能与亚非国家当地人民一样生活、同甘共苦的；但为防止骄傲和松懈，仍以经常注意为好。十五日，经毛泽东批准，《通知》发出。
