中央批准外交部《关于调整党的核心小组的请示报告》的通知（概要）

1972年5月初，周恩来审阅外交部核心小组关於任命仲曦东等七人为外交部副部长、部长助理的请示报告，并报送毛泽东审定。在附信中说：“外交部副部长现只两人(乔、韩)，自从外交战线展开以来，实在忙不过来。几次同外交部核心小组商讨，认为非增加副部长和部长助理，才能把党和毛主席的革命外交路线贯彻执行下去。同时还要从中青年干部中提一些人担负司局长职务，才能分担任务，培养和锻炼出更多的外交战线上的干部。”5月11日，经毛泽东同意，中共中央批准外交部的报告。
