关于“三孤”定期定额救济问题的批复

你办1984年2月29日给区党委处遗办的信已悉。

凡符合桂发[1983]55号文件第二项办法的第三点“发给孤老、孤幼、孤残定期定额救济费”的，均应给予定期定额救济。如“三孤”居住在外地（市，县及农村）的，应由死者所属单位主动与当地民政部门联系，把名单等有关事宜转给“三孤”现在所在地的民政部门，从一九八四年元起办理定期救济手续。
