中共桂林地委处遗领导小组：

九月二十一日来函及资源县委处遗领导小组九月十二日报告悉。经研究，同意你们的意见，即凡是“文革”中杀人后招工，后又退休，现已判刑或开除公职的，均应取消其子女顶职的资格。已顶了职的应取消，清退回家。今后凡属此类问题，亦应照此办理。此复。
