国务院关于各地革命师生暂缓来京进行革命串联的通知

各中央局，各省、市、自治区党委、人委：

外地来京革命师生现已超过百万，接待能力已达顶点，食宿、交通、卫生医疗等等都已发生极大困难。加之近来气温急剧下降，很多人不带被盖棉衣，极易生病。切盼各地革命师生暂缓来京，待现有的外地革命师生离京后，再按中共中央、国务院九月五日的通知有计划地来京进行革命串联。
