中共北京市委关于制止一切打死人现象的紧急通知（概要）

1966年9月2日，北京市委发出《紧急通知》：指出“要用最大努力耐心说服和坚决制止一切打死人的现象。”从现在起一律禁止提供所谓流氓分子名单，违者要受纪律处分。除现行犯外，五类分子的名单，也不要向群众提供。
