中央军委，国务院给内蒙军区的复电

三月七日电悉，同意对X院实行军事管制，该院系XX技术试验单位。军管后要坚决按照中央二月二十一日通知及军委二月一日、二月十六日两项规定贯彻执行。对818暂不急于宣布为反动组织，不忙取缔，先进行政治攻势，分化其组织，孤立其为首的反革命分子，待进一步暴露后，再相继逮捕法办。
