中央军委关于军队科研设计单位和医院文化大革命的补充规定

各总部、军区、军种、兵种、国防科委：

根据二月十六日中央军委“关于军队夺权范围的规定”不能夺权的科研设计单位和医院，文化大革命由党委领导，文化革命战斗组织也以基层行政单位进行改组，贯彻抓革命、促生产精神，保障文化大革命和科研、医疗工作正常进行。不能夺权的医院所属的护士学校也不准夺权，夺了权的要把权交回。
