中共中央、国务院、中央军委、中央文革小组通知

最近，有少数学生和群众又开始到北京和其他地区进行串连，北京的一些学校又派人到外地串连。因此，中央重申停止全国大串连的决定，各地已经外出串连的，应当立即返回。对文化大革命中发生的问题，当尽量在地区、本部门、本单位坚决，以免影响本地区、本部门、本单位的运动和生产。

这一通知可以在城乡张贴。
