中央文革小组办事组、全军文革小组办公室关于《新疆日报》报社事件的电报

新疆军区党委、红二司、革命职工联合总部，并抄有关各群众组织：（均请新疆军区抄转）

一、要坚决贯彻毛主席关于“要文斗，不要武斗”的指示，参加武斗的双方，要立即停止武斗。

二、新疆日报社为军管单位，各群众组织都不要去冲，也不要查封，进入报社的外单位群众组织，要立即退出报社。

三、新疆日报的问题，由新疆军区组织双方代表通过协商解决。报纸出版如有缺点错误，可以提出批评。
