近来许多地方来人、来电、来信询问：周总理、刘宁一同志是否在今年一月七日接见一批工人代表时，对临时工合同工制度、学徒制度、工资制度、精简人员复职等问题作了八点指示。经请示周总理、刘宁一同志，他们没有做过这种指示。
