中共中央、国务院、中央军委、中央文革小组关于派遣调查组赴江苏的通知

南京军区、江苏省军管会、各革命群众组织：

中共中央、国务院、中央军委、中央文革小组决定派出一个调查组前往调查了解和协助解决南京和江苏省无锡、苏州等地文化大革命运动中的一些问题，如劝阻武斗、冲击军区、部队、夺取部队枪支弹药、动员农民进城参加武斗等等，调查组由三军干部、红旗杂志、新华社记者，国务院联络员和北航红旗革命小将组成，共38人，由刘锦平同志任组长。请你们协助他们搞好这项工作。
