中央文革办事组关于重庆问题的特急电

重庆警备司令部、保革派、反到底派并各群众组织：

根据中央调查组反映，重庆市武斗情况严重，并希立即制止，希望两大派革命组织做到：

（一）立即停止对一切工厂、学校、机关、商店、街道和居民点的火力进攻和射击，请反到底、军工井岗山立即停止对空压厂的进攻，并且撤除包围圈。

（二）绝对不允许向解放军防备岗哨的军事射击。

（三）双方立即达成停火协议，并且保证切实执行。
