中央军委、中央文革关于不准擅自来京学习的通知

我们伟大领袖毛主席指示大办学习班以来，各省、市热烈响应，大办毛泽东思想学习班，有一些同志强烈要求来京学习，有的未经批准擅自来京。要求来京学习，这种心情是可以理解的，但是由于全党全军干部数量很大，不可能都到北京学习。希望你们说服他们不要擅自来京。

在北京开办的各省、市毛泽东思想学习班是经过中央文革小组批准的有计划有步骤进行的，凡未经批准来京学习人员应在各地区统一安排下参加各级学习班学习。今后未经批准的，各省市一律不要擅自来京学习，自行来京的一律不接待。
