中共中央、国务院、中央军委关于保护银行的通知

各中央局，各大军区，各省、市、自治区党委、人委，并转各级党委、人委、军区、军分区：

现在，有一小撮党内走资本主义道路的当权派，为了破坏无产阶级文化大革命，转移斗争目标，煽动一时被他们蒙蔽的、支持他们的工人、农民和机关干部，大批地脱离生产和工作岗位，到北京来，或者流进大城市，甚至煽动罢工，煽动不明真相的群众，包围银行，强行提款。一切革命同志必须提高警惕，坚决反对这种做法。今后，如果发现有人继续进行这种煽动，应立即受到党纪国法的制裁。各地银行一律由人民解放军和公安部门负责保护。
