国务院、中央军委关于部队所属国防施工、基本建设、科研、设计等单位不准串连的通知

各总部、各军兵种、各军区并各省、市、自治区人委（均请所在军区转）：

为了保守军事机密，部队所属国防施工、基本建设、科研、设计单位和军队修理工厂、军需生产工厂，经中央文革同意，非军队人员一律不要去串连，已进去串连的，应立即退出。军队内部人员串连问题，按军委有关规定办理。

这一通知，可在有关各单位内部张贴。
