中共中央转发财政部军管会“今年上半年财政收支情况简报”（概要）

中共中央转发财政部军管会《今年上半年财政收支情况简报》。《简报》指出，１９６９年计划财政收支各为５７０亿元，是根据工业总产值比１９６６年增长１５％，工业生产成本比１９６６年降低４％的安排确定的。从上半年执行情况看，实际上都没有达到预定指标，财政收入仅完成年度计划的４０·８％。估计全年可能少收几十亿元。《简报》提出，必须抓紧增产节约，加强经济核算，严格财经纪律，增加财政收入，同时压缩财政开支。
