中共中央关于1969年、1970年中等专业学校、技工学校、半工半读学校毕业分配的通知（概要）

1969年12月18日，　中共中央发出《关于1969年、1970年中等专业学校、技工学校、半工半读学校毕业分配的通知》。《通知》规定：一、中等专业学校、技工学校、半工半读学校1969年、1970年应届毕业生，均于1969年12月1日毕业，开始进行分配。二、上述学生的分配、安置办法、工资待遇等均按1968年分配毕业生时中央规定的办法执行。三、在分配工作中，必须做好思想政治工作，号召毕业生到农村去，到边疆去，到工矿去，到基层去，当普通农民，当普通工人，接受工农兵的再教育。
