中共中央办公厅关于继续严格控制来京人员的通知

各省、市、自治区革命委员会：

为进一步搞好斗、批、改，认真落实伟大领袖毛主席“抓革命，促生产，促工作，促战备”的指示，根据当前战备情况，在一九七○新的一年中，对来京人员，各地仍应继续遵照一九六九年八月八日“中共中央关于严格控制来京人员的通知”精神执行，严格加以控制。
