毛主席在《关于“苏共十九大拥护者”要求我发表该组织的两个信件的请示报告》上的批示

【这两个信件是苏联人特卡琴科夫妇交给我驻罗马尼亚使馆的，一是《告国际共运和工运全体共产党人书》，二是致毛主席的信。鉴于前者内容错误不少，后者对毛主席的提法不合适，同时为了该组织安全起见，当时中联部建议不发表。】

【康生将请示报告批送毛主席的时间是9月22日。经毛主席批示，康生批退中联部的时间是9月27日。】
