关于打招呼会议的两个批语

很好。但不仅只是老同志，要有中年、青年各一人同听同议，如同此次十七人会议那样。即也要对青年人打招呼，否则青年人也会犯错误。请政治局再议一次，或者分两次开，或者先分后合。

小平同志：

还是你们议的好，先给老同志打招呼。青年问题暂缓。因有的还未结合，有的在打派仗（如七机部），有的貌合神离（如清华），召集不起来。
