关于暂不发表毛泽东在七千人大会上的讲话等问题的批语

少奇、小平同志：

来电早已收到。经过考虑，那篇讲演现在发表，不合时宜。在这次文化大革命过去之后，一定有许多新的经验可以对这篇讲演加以修改，那时再议是否发表不迟。王任重同志也不赞成现在发表。另外，请告伯达、康生、陶铸同志，将指导文化大革命运动的十二条草案，扩成为廿条左右。因为十二条草案中有许多条混淆不清，有若干条，每条可分为两三条，使每一条只说一件事，明白晓畅，读者易懂，较为适宜。希望在一星期内，在北京讨论几次，并草成第二稿，给我送来两份为盼。另外，华东局廿一日给中央报告华东文化大革命的政策和部署那些方面，值得参考。
