基本上写得很好，很严肃。特别后半段更好。建议以草案形式印发政治局、书记处、工作组（领导干部）、北京市委、中央文化小组各同志讨论一下，提出意见，可能有些收获，然后酌加修改，再作报告，可能稳正一些，请酌定。
