对军委八条命令稿和中央通知稿的几段批语

再加上一条关于管教干部子女的问题。

冲击领导机关问题。过去如果是反革命冲击了，要追究，如果左派冲击了，不追究。今后右派冲击，要抵制，左派冲击，要欢迎。

此文件经过讨论修改后，再发出。

对于冲击军事领导机关问题，要分别对待。过去如果是反革命冲击了，要追究，如果是左派冲击了，可以不予追究。今后则一律不许冲击。
