对军队文化大革命的指示

一、 我认为十三个军区不要同时搞，要有前有后。

二、 地方文化大革命正在猛烈开展，夺权斗争还在激烈进行，我们军队要支持地方革命左派进行夺权斗争，因此军队和地方文化大革命要叉开。

三、 现在国际上帝、修、反正在利用我们文化大革命继续大搞反华活动。如苏联在镇压学生，新疆边境飞机活动多了，地面部队也在调动。凡是前线的大军区部队要有警惕，要有所准备。如济南、南京、福州、广州、昆明军区。所以文化大革命的时间要稍推一下。将来一定要搞的，顾大局。
