对《上海革命造反派向资产阶级反动路线发起总攻击》等两篇电讯稿的批语

伯达同志及小组同志们：

（一）此两件很好；（二）请你们在二三日内，替中央、国务院和中央军委起草一个致上海各革命造反团体的贺电，指出他们的方针、行动是正确的，号召全国党、政、军、民学习上海的经验，一致行动起来。起草好了之后，开一次较大的会通过发表。

关于反经济主义的文件不要发了，上海这个就很好。但需要写一篇解释文章。
