林彪关于在全军开展“四好连队”运动的指示

[中央军委办公会议第二次电话会议，萧华传达林彪关于1961年全军工作重点，要求全军开展以政治思想好、三八作风好、军事训练好、生活管理好为内容的“四好连队”运动。]

1、抓思想，主要地是抓活的思想教育。明年上半年是个大关，“要过好粮食关和政治关”；2、抓作风，继续大兴三八作风；3、抓军事训练，就军事和政治的训练时间来说，军事训练是主要的。应该比政治训练时间多些；4、抓生活。
