关于军队干部参加地方“四清”问题，完全照（毛）主席、刘主席指示办。（毛）主席、刘主席的指示是对部队很大的政治关怀和教育，参加“四清”对军队干部是最活最好的政治课堂。对地方工作增加一些力量，对整个革命工作也有深远意义。
