关于加强军队组织纪律性的指示

（毛主席指示：现在有一种说法，要抵制错误的领导。这在群众中是可以的，但在军队中不能这样。如果各人都按个人的意见办，军队怎么能打仗？军队各人都按个人的意见办，这样军队就不象个样子了。还是你（指林彪同志）说的：“理解的要执行，暂时不理解的也要执行。）

这两句话是很普通的两句话。还是主席说得好，“在自己的意见被否决之后，……不得在行动上有任何反对的表示。”要说对的就执行，每个人都觉得自己对，行动起来各行其是，不就乱了套了吗？
