袁宝华在国家计委的讲话

前天国务院会上，登奎同志说：许多企业确实给林彪反革命修正主义路线搞乱了。至少有三个问题：一个是怎么划分正确、错误路线，搞不清了。……第二是依靠什么人，他不讲依靠工人阶级，讲依靠造反派，不作阶级分析。第三……反潮流，贴大字报，一闹事就没办法了。企业领导好象天然地是处在被攻击的地位。群众一闹事，领导就躺倒了。就是这三个问题弄不清楚。
