邓小平在山东省委常委会上的讲话摘要

发扬民主不能放松，要坚持三不主义，但不能说你有什么错误也选你当接班人。对过去的问题处理从宽，但不等于他们一切事情都完了。现在摆在我们面前的是如何选择接班人。这是组织路线第一位的问题。现在我们条件好，看得比较清楚了。不要看轻“四人帮”的影响，不要看轻帮派体系。帮派思想与党性是绝对对立的。
