胡耀邦对黄小河反映上海两报有帮派人物来信的批示

对“四人帮”在台上时犯了错误甚至犯了严重错误的干部，特别是知识分子的干部，如果真正觉悟了，诚诚实实工作，我们一定要团结他们，使用他们。这是坚定不移的。但如果有人暗中捣鬼，搞两面派，而我们竟麻木不仁，糊涂到底，那就比东郭先生更东郭先生了。为了避免这个局面，采取切实可行的办法，认认真真、切切实实查明清楚，看材料上反映的东西是否属实，最坏的是些什么人，对其中有些仍可争取的，如何进行教育，然后定出个妥善措施，加以处理。
