胡耀邦在毕文廷来信上的批示

此人“文化大革命”前是辽宁团省委书记，工作还可以。“文化大革命”初期受批判，以后跟错误路线走，相当积极，被辽宁省“四人帮”骨干分子相当看得起，职务也不低，除了推行“四人帮”那一套极左路线，得罪了不少老干部之外，我估计其他坏事也不会有，有，也不会是什么了不起的问题。此人之所以犯严重错误，我看主要是个人主义严重。但犯这样的错误，也要放在特定的历史条件下看。如果对错误有一定觉悟，我主张解脱，降级使用。
