胡耀邦对金明李尔重同志来信的批示

对“文化大革命”确实犯有严重错误的干部，因为鉴于特定的历史条件，总的说，可以从宽处理一些，但应区分几种不同情况。对于品质恶劣，这几年表现好的人，处理要严肃一点。对犯错误相当严重，又没有什么能力的人，至少应回到原岗位上去。但那些错误虽然较严重，但确有能力，这几年表现又好，当然可以保留工作。
