胡耀邦对《锦州市委宣传部干部来信反映党委部门干部队伍严重不纯》的批示

据我看，揭批查主要是动了前台的打砸抢分子，对幕后指挥和品质恶劣分子没有动，或基本上没有动。现在搞当然不行，但要查查这几年的表现。这几年表现很坏的，要下决心调开。这是一。第二，这几年提拔的人，可能许多地方还是论资排辈，没有重视“文化大革命”以来的政治表现和文化专业知识。我看这两大问题可能是干部队伍中妖风不断的重要根子。请设法解剖两三只麻雀，然后再进一步搞方针，这样就心明眼亮了。
