胡耀邦对《上海山西一些基层领导班子中仍有“三种人”》的批示

请要上海、山西查查这些人的情况，要他们考虑，如果情况属实，对这些人该怎么处理才得当，即既坚持原则，又能给他们以弃旧图新之路？这是一个政策性很强的问题，你们（指中组部）应该有人专心致志地予以研究，拿出办法。
