胡耀邦在庄田同志来信上的批示

对“文化大革命”中问题相当多和错误严重的干部，看来要根据其情节的轻重，历史的表现，本质的好坏和这些年的表现，内部划几条大杠杠，由省、地两级（加上中央是三级）领导核心掌握才好。这件事恐怕要议一议。
