胡耀邦对《西安一公社“三种人”当权长期无人处理》一文的批语

现在多数地方在调整班子，清理“几种人”的问题上，一般号召的多，高谈阔论的人多，真正调查研究，核实材料，检查督促，发现一个就解决一个，一个地区一个部门地解决问题的地方太少。这种局面不能再听之任之了。否则，再过几个月或一、二年之后，我们又会争论是谁之罪过，而且更会争论个没完。请你们商量一下，如何打破这种局面？
