胡耀邦在一封来信上的批示

××××同志信请你们看看。（一）我主张历史上没的事帮助澄清一下，使严格实事求是之风能在任何地方、任何人身上得到体现。（二）犯了错误，似不应影响增加工资，我们有些同志（别处也有）老是在这类问题上搞“左”的东西，这不好。（三）请那位同志××同志商量一下，然后找他本人谈谈，对犯错误的同志，特别是对少数民族干部要耐心作工作，这一条要当作一条规定定下来。
