徐冰同志：

十一中全会已经开了，中央关于《关于无产阶级文化大革命的决定》已经发表了。以十一中全会和毛主席的精神和十六条决定来检查统战部文化大革命，我觉得统战部领导是错误的。运动一开始不是放手发动群众，让群众炮打司令部，而是将首先贴大字报的同志打成“四大家族”是何其毒也。请你马上宣布，打“四大家族”是错误的。向他们赔礼道歉。向机关作自我批评，号召他们向部领导充分提意见，把文化革命的方向迅速转过来。过去你是不听我的话的，现在根据主席指示，十一中全会的精神，再一次劝告你，请部领导好好考虑迅速行动。
