邓小平就北京师范大学女附中文化革命运动对女儿邓榕的指示

乱就乱一下子，不要怕乱，坏人兴风作浪，不怕，让大家贴大字报。至于对不对，将来要核对领导的性质，不对再改，不要怕。

你们现在的缺点是没有把性质弄清楚，不要所有的老师都打击，不然将来学校没法办。大字报要贴准，不要不注意，哪个老师都贴，不要什么目标都打击。

不要着急，现在不要做检讨，运动要有秩序地进行，要动动脑子考虑好，动动脑子犯错误，比糊里糊涂犯错误好，要好好考虑问题。

这样做如果是敌我矛盾就对了，如果不是敌我矛盾就不好了，但是也没有什么错。对了最好，把运动带动起来了，也许搞得不恰当，但也没有什么错。不要跟他们吵，让他们贴，让他们放，如果都不出来，让谁办呢？要好好学文件。

不怕错，错了就承认嘛，错了就检讨嘛！
