刘少奇对北京师大一附中工作组的指示

一、写大字报的人，就是打着红旗反红旗。但不要对他们说。写大字报的非常可疑，是不是黑帮分子不肯定。

二、辩论一下就不要辩论，还要团结嘛。只要大多数赞成就可以了。让他们保留意见。可以再看嘛。

三、教师，不要说人家是假检讨。还是需要假检讨，也证实一些问题，但要说是不够的。投机也不怕，投你们机也投的革命的机。人家投到你那里，为什么不要人家。但要警惕，不能篡夺领导岗位。

尽量争取老师。

同学们不信任老师，这就是群众初步发动起来的表现。
