杨成武

林副主席给卫戍区的题词，不仅是对北京卫戍区的，对全军也是莫大的鼓舞，莫大的鞭策，是推动全军更加无产阶级革命化，更加战斗化的动力。是把全军办成毛泽东思想大学校的动力。要总参党委研究贯彻执行，掀起一个活学活用主席著作的新高潮，和文化大革命密切结合起来，做好抓革命促战备促生产促工作，以毛泽东思想挂帅，把工作完成得更好。
