中央首长对宁夏问题的指示

周恩来、康生、关锋、李天焕

周总理、康生、关锋、李天焕同志八月十二日在人大会堂接见了宁夏军区副司令员张怀礼等同志，接见时中央首长作了两点指示：

一、中央决定：调宁夏军区负责人来京开会；检查纠正宁夏军区执行三支两军任务中所犯的方向路线错误。

二、中共中央、中共中央军委、中央文革小组决定：责成兰州军区派国防部队进驻吴忠、银川等地区，营救无产阶级革命造反派，执行支左任务。
