七机部军管会请示总理关于政治部问题，总理指示如下：

政治部和公、检、法不是一个系统，政治部由毛主席亲手缔造的，如果要砸，要劝阻；劝阻无效由他们负责。要劝说“新九一五”的同志不要管，千万不要武斗。政治部的领导干部有缺点错误，可以批判，不要砸。
