周恩来对外地上访人员的欢送词

你们应快快地响应党中央、毛主席的号召，回到本地去，就地闹革命，进行斗、批、改，通过革命的大批判，进行革命的大联合，建立革命的三结合的临时权力机构，都应有你们参加，你们在北京就不能参加，你们放弃了自己的责任，希望你们回去，极少数人有问题，谈完了也要回去，不仅如此，现在来的多数是职工同志，不仅要闹革命，而且要抓生产，抓革命，促生产是毛主席的伟大号召，应坚决执行，你们想想，战线需要互相配合，不能让留在家里的工人同志辛苦，你们领了工资，到北京来溜达，消遥，学生也是这样，学校也放假一年多了，你们应利用时间搞好本单位的斗批改，七、八万人，甚至十万人来北京串连，没什么可串连嘛！
