谢富治对外国专家局的指示

谢富治

外国专家局要坚决制止武斗，恢复良好的革命秩序，造成良好的国际影响，为无产阶级文化大革命增光。

傅崇碧副司令员批准五条意见大意是：外专局是接待外宾的单位，要坚决遵照我们伟大领袖毛主席的号召，坚持文斗，不要武斗，不准调人参加武斗，“抓革命，促生产”，立即恢复正常工作秩序。不准私自抓人。两派之间的分歧，采取“四大”的方式协商解决。
