周恩来对开封武斗问题的指示

九月四日晚九时以后，老保先后对我仪表、空分、阀门、拖电等厂进行骚扰袭击，叫喊要消灭六零九三和造反派，并冲击我高压阀门厂，使用黄色炸药。一军杨政委和杜副军长先后向周总理反映了这一情况。九月五日上午八时四十五分，河南省军区党委办公室秘书组周成继同志来电：总理很关心开封问题。总理指示我们向老保明确指出：

“必须立即停止进攻，放下武器，得到保护。消灭造反派和驻军是反革命行动。”
